I have use this phone for couple of days, played heavy multiple time games, like BGMI, PUBG, etc. watched many youtubers videos on Samsung M55 to make a conclusion on this phone. So read all the blog before buying this phone as per your requirement.
Hardware Review as per Gaming Performance Requirement:-
Speaker
- Samsung Galaxy M55 5g has dual speaker, It sounds clear and can understand easily.
- Also it will help in gaming if you haven’t earphones or earbuds.
- With this speaker you can play TDM and also classic games (for fun), as honestly no one want to play without earphone/earbuds.
5g VoNR
- Samsung Galaxy M55 comes with good network connectivity coverage and it has 5G compatibility.
- It Comes with 5G VoNR . VoNR simply for calling features on 5G network. (Without VoNR your network will convert into 4G which is so frustrating for gaming).
- So, I can say if you have good network coverage device will not disappoint you.
- So 5G VoNR will enhance samsung galaxy M55 gaming performance.
Samsung galaxy M55 5g – Display
- It comes with super Amoled display with 120Hz refresh rate. And also Samsung has one of the best display, but we aren’t buying only for display.
- We need better graphics hardware, Adreno 644 not the best at this price range.
- Display enhance the graphics settings and give best viewing experience during gaming.
Peak Brightness
- Samsung M55 comes with 1000 peak brightness so you will not disappoint with brightness.
- We can play games and do other things at outdoors easily.
- So Peak brightness will help to give better visibility and enhance your Samsung Galaxy M55 gaming performance.
IP Rating
- There is no official information about IP Rating on Samsung galaxy M55.
Weight 180g
- Samsung galaxy M55 comes with 180g weight. Honestly gammers are not like any smartphone greater than 200g.
- As it is lighter side, Long time gameplay on Samsung M55 is possible easily.
- I had played for 1hr and didn’t feel any pain in my hand.
- In weight of view i can say it is easy to hold during gaming and hence it will increase Samsung galaxy M 55 gaming performance.
Samsung galaxy M55 5g – Processor and BGMI
Samsung M55 comes with Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 (4nm) processor. I don’t understand why they are giving 1.5 years old processor. But it works well.

- Samsung galaxy M55 has LPDDR4X RAM, which is quite good not the best. It gives quite good speed during app opening, video editing, daily uses etc.
- This RAM helpful to play normal games even moderate game.
- So RAM perform good for Samsung M55 Gaming Performance.
- No virtual Ram option.
Storage –
- Samsung Galaxy M55 5g has UFS 3.1 Storage.
- So file transfer, copy paste, these type of work depends on storage type and M55 has good storage type.
- Samsung M55 5g has geekbench storage score 52099 which is great.
BGMI setting
- With this processor, samsang M55 has smooth + Extreme, balance + Ultra and HD + Ultra, Only smooth have extreme fram rate option.
- It means you will play games at 60FPS while A55 has only 40FPS option.
- Gyroscope works good.
- Galaxy M55 has no heat during issue game play.

- No fram rate drop seen at smooth+ extreme BGMI settings and COD settings.
- Now days gaming smartphone needs more than 1M.
- Galaxy M55 5g Gives overall average performance not the best at this price.
Battery
- Battery has major role for every gamers.
- It comes with 5000mah battery you can play 4hrs+ non stop any games and can do any heavy task.
- Normal day to day life can stand one day easily.
- It comes with 45 Watt charging support.
- No without charger in the box.
- Good charging speed increase long game play.
Conclusion
- Samsung galaxy M55 is a mid range contender which comes with good display, fabulous camera, old but efficient processor, big battery, good storage type, Best UI experience, long update etc. in simple word it’s an All rounder mobile phone.
- I recommend it if you are casual gamer and wants only Samsung smartphone then you can go for it.
- But if you want performance centric phone, this phone is not for you. You will regret after purchasing this.
- At this price under 25000 rupees we have Poco X6 Pro, Poco F5, iQOO Z7 and OnePlus Nord CE 4 all have better Processor with 3.5mm jack as well.
- iQOO Neo 9 Pro is one of the best mid range phone now days for gamers.
