Comparison

The Moto Edge 50 Fusion goes for a stylish and lightweight design with a fancy vegan leather back. It’s also built tough, surviving accidental splashes thanks to its water resistance IP68.

OnePlus Nord CE 4, keeps things simple with a plastic back, but it offers extras like a slot for adding more storage (microSD card) and a remote control for your appliances (IR blaster). Both phones look modern and have big screens, but the Moto edge 50 fusion might win you over if looks and water resistance are important.

The edge 50 fusion boasts a big, bright display with a super-fast refresh rate 144Hz that makes scrolling and games feel extra smooth. It’s also easier to see outdoors than the OnePlus display. Plus, it has Gorilla Glass 5 for protection against scratches and bumps.

OnePlus Nord CE 4 counters with a still-smooth 120Hz refresh rate display with good color accuracy. It even enhances contrast in certain apps (HDR). However, Nord CE 4 takes the lead when it comes to how the phone feels when you touch it. Their special vibration technology (O Haptics) makes interactions more responsive and enjoyable.

The OnePlus Nord CE 4 packs a more powerful processor, making it ideal for demanding games. Gamers who prioritize high frame rates and smooth gameplay might lean towards the Nord CE 4.

But the Moto 50 Fusion holds its own! While its processor isn’t quite as strong, it handles everyday tasks and even runs smooth some lighter to moderate games like BGMI. Interestingly, the Edge 50 fusion stays more stable under heavy use, meaning it’s less likely to slow down compared to the Nord CE 4. So, if you’re a casual user or a gamer who prioritizes battery life over peak performance, the Edge 50 Fusion stability might be more beneficial.

The camera is where the Moto Edge 50 Fusion shines. It has a new sensor that takes much better pictures in low light compared to the OnePlus.

This means clearer and more detailed photos, even when it’s dark. The Edge 50 fusion also excels in video recording, with stabilization at high resolution (4K), while the OnePlus nord ce 4 is limited for stabilized videos.

For still photos, the Edge 50 fusion captures more detail and offers more options for framing your shots (different focal lengths) with its ultrawide camera.

While both phones deliver good color accuracy, the Moto Edge 50 fusion edges ahead with more natural-looking skin tones.

Selfie lovers, both phones offer similar image quality, with the Edge 50 Fusion boasting a slightly higher resolution sensor.

Software and UI

  • The Moto keeps things simple with a clean Android experience, free of any unnecessary apps (bloatware). This means a clutter-free experience and faster updates.
  • Motorola also guarantees updates for 3 years, keeping your phone secure and up-to-date.
  • OnePlus uses its own software (OxygenOS) that offers more customization compared to stock Android.
  • However, OnePlus only promises 2 years of updates. Additionally, the Nord CE 4 comes with some apps you might not want, although you can uninstall them.

Battery Comparison: Nord CE 4 wins

The OnePlus Nord CE 4 has a slightly bigger battery 5500mAh, translating to an extra hour or two of screen-on time compared to the Moto (around 8-9 hours vs 7-8 hours).

Nord CE 4 takes the lead when it comes to charging. It supports a super-fast charger (100W) that can fully charge the battery in about 30 minutes.

The Edge 50 Fusion, while no slouch with its 68W fast charging, takes about 45 minutes for a full charge.

Price

  • Moto Edge 50 Fusion current price is 22,999 rupees and after applying all offer you can get it at 20,999 rupees.
  • while One Plus Nord CE 4 5g current price is 26,999 rupees and after applying all offer you can get it at 25,644 rupees.
  • There is 4 to 5 thousand difference in price but Motorola gives the similar performance and feel premium.

Other Considerations: Staying Connected and Value

The Moto offers support for more 5G networks compared to the OnePlus, ensuring better connectivity in some areas.

Additionally, the Moto boasts support for contactless payments (NFC), a feature missing on the OnePlus.

When it comes to pricing, the Moto delivers a compelling value proposition. With a starting price of ₹23,000 (and potentially lower with discounts), it undercuts the OnePlus, which starts at ₹25,000.

This price difference might be a significant factor for budget-conscious buyers.

Who Should Buy the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion?

If a stylish design, water resistance, great camera and a super smooth display are your priorities.

Conclusion

On my point of view Motorola is best option as it available at lower price and also customer care is available at all city. And it’s gaming performance also great.

Oneplus has great specs related to performance so if your priority is performance then and you can spend more then buy Nord CE 4 5g.
